Crash under Windows Core (Modified Hyper-V 2016)

Hi,

Please find the bug report generated when HeidiSQL (portable mode) crashed under Windows Core 2016 which is wrapped from Windows Hyper-V 2016 by removing Hyper-v functionalities.

I have a fix for that crash. I only need to wait for some feedback on the just released v9.4 and its initial sign certificate problems before I can commit that fix.

r5126 provides a fix for that issue. Please update to the latest HeidiSQL build to see if that helps.
