Help me please

hello my problem is: if i try to put the program on i get a normal screen with 3 buttons and some words: descrption,IP,user,password,port

thats not the problem but when i try to connect

IP:127.0.0.1
User:Admin
Password:
Port: 3306

Database:

then i try to connect and a screen comes up with the text:
Could not establish connection: details:
SQL Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1'(10061)

pls help me and dont make it to hard because my english isnt the best so just explain it simple pls.

That type of error usually indicates that the MySQL server is not running.

Go to "Start -> Run"

Then type in: net start mysql

Here goes at least my try at it:
