Plugin mysql could not be loaded

I have windows 10 64 bit

cannot seem to find anyone on the internet with a similar problem as me

heidisql is a fresh install btw, havent used it before, at least not on this pc which is all new

here is an image of the error i get after i put in my heroku jawsdb info and try to connect to it

The error says it can't load "plugins/mysql.dll" which is not part of a HeidiSQL installation. So whatever that plugin "mysql" is - you will need to copy it from somewhere into HeidiSQL's plugin folder.

that is the first thing i did, couldnt find it, can u send it?
