Strange orphan window/dialogue

Each time I launch HeidiSQL I get an orphan item on the desktop like a dialogue/window without any content in addition to the normal Heidi window. It does not do anything, but if clicked can close HeidiSQL.

Does this appear for other Windows users? I'm running Heidi successfully using Wine and Linix/KDE/Plasma6/Wayland without any other issues. Other apps like WinSCP also running under Wine do not have this issue.
