Tip Ballon on Tab Result from Query, covers 1st line.

Tip Ballon on Result Tab covers first line of results, it's annoying. The 'tip Balloon' should point 'upwards'; currently it points 'downwards'.

I just checked if I can modify the hint to be over, not below the result. But this seems to be done by Windows itself, as there is no property where I can set the position or something similar. No clue how to do that then, sorry.
