Auto creating a database when output is set to "Database"

Hi,

I've been using the SQL Export feature to make a backup of one of my Databases, and I've noticed if I have the Output set to Database (ie exporting the Database to the same server, just into a different Database), then I would have to create the Database manually before I run the Export, as the SQL Export dialog doesn't have the feature to create a new database, just choose one of the existing databases.

So adding a button to set a new database name which would be created before the export is started would save on having to manually create it.

Also, when the Output is set to Database, there is a button, but it doesn't seem to do anything, and no tool tip to even indicate what it's meant to do ...

That button is disabled when you chose "Database", as it's only used in file and directory mode.

For auto-creating the target db, I recall there was a ticket. Let me find it.

Here it is: issue #2613. But it talks about the "Server", not the "Database" option. Would be the best if you leave a comment there that this should also be possible in "Database" mode.
