MS SQL - "CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS"

Morning folks,

Latest HeidiSQL (9.2.0.4947 x64), MS SQL Server 2005 and MS SQL Server 2012. When exporting/importing, HeidiSQL is using "DROP TABLE IF EXISTS" and "CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS", resulting in error messages about incorrect syntax near IF.

Any help at all?
