[Possible bug?] Session name and folder name

Hi, I've just found this behaviour and I'm not sure, if it's feature or bug? :)

If you have in session manager session called e.g. LOCAL and try to create folder at same level with same name, get error saying 'Session "LOCAL" already exists!'.
