Broken maintenance tools

Hi!

The maintenance tools for tables (i.e. OPTIMIZE, VERIFY, ANALYZE and so on) are broken for the i18n versions. There are two errors (see the snapshot):

1. "Suma de verificación" (CHECKSUM) should appear as one option, instead of there.
2. The i18n strings from the options are being passed to MySQL, so the SQL command cannot be executed.

Ah yes, forgot to mention that here. Fixed in r4996
