SQLSRV - cannot read tables where pkey is DECIMAL(38,0)

I have the same database available in both MySQL and SQL Server, and I have my technical primary keys defined as DECIMAL(38,0). I can read the tables OK with MySQL, but when I try with SQLSRV your program crashes. Bug report attached.
