if there were 1000000 records one would get 1000000 popups, and no way to break stuff and exit. Further more there can be triggers behind, that produce same/additional messages...

Optionaly :

1. add Cancel button
2. Add option to do Update IGNORE (at least at MySql)

Or add both.
