deadlock found when trying to get lock try restarting transaction mysql

I am getting a "SQL Error (1213): Deadlock found when trying to get lock try restarting transaction mysql when running many thousands of procedures, one at a time."

The it says: "Notice: You can disable the "Stop on errors in batch mode" option to ignore such errors"

But where is the "Stop on errors in batch mode" option?
