Drop Dialog Messed Up

When I try and drop a column or database, all I'm seeing now is a part of the confirmation dialog window. The rest is missing. Theme issue?

So, just to confirm. I right click, select 'Drop' and this is what I see.

Actually, it is all confirmation dialogs, regardless of theme.

Ok, problem solved. I downloaded a fresh copy. All good now, thank you.
