Not allowed to connect

Firewall prevent to connect, OK, expected.

Changed rules.

Heidi - connect (even with heidi restart) - in a split of second, not trying to connect at all, as it seems -

Host 'xx.xxx.xxx.xxx' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server.

Bah, heidi was taking time to figure out what is happening while firewall was closed. Now, firewall opened, it figures prompt that there is comming unauthorisied user to db. Hence problem is in USER table, no current ip there.
