Program not responding

I am using the program like you would regularly, just opening a database and opening query tabs. Not doing any very heavy workload or anything, just everyday use.

It shows this glitchy screen then when i click it goes to either "Not responding" or minimizes again after a while.

I suppose HeidiSQL is busy waiting for a query result from the server?

It keeps doing this once in a while when I am just trying to copy some query into a tab and I alt-tab between heidi and another program.

I already updated it yesterday but that didn't help.

Haven't tried a complete reinstall though since I would have to copy some logins etc. that I would have to setup again.

Maybe clearing some cache/appdata stuff would help?

You may want to try if cached filters got too huge in your registry. Just disable the following option:

Also, close query tabs with large content, or close all once.
