Stored Procedure parameters duplicated

I have no idea what causes it or how to duplicate it, but every now and then I go into one of my stored procedures and find all the parameters have been duplicated. So I have to go through and delete the second set before I can save it. I found a thread from nine years ago where someone was having the same issue: https://www.heidisql.com/forum.php?t=18854

Never saw that here yet. Can you perhaps provide the code of the procedure and probably depending tables?
