compatibility Microsoft SQL Server

I use HeidiSQL with Microsoft SQL Server. However, it is not possible for me to delete or change data records there. A syntax error is always displayed. Is it possible to make settings that improve compatibility?

Please post that syntax error here, and please verify you're on the latest HeidiSQL version.
