New feature: Compare global and session variables

In the Host > Variables list, we only had session variables up to now. Now I introduced a new column with global variables. Most session variables have the same value as their global pendant, but some important ones not. If values are different, the session value has a pink background.

Be sure to have the new "Global" column visible. If it's hidden, just right click the column header and activate it:
