Create table (not just insert) from a CVS file / Drag and Drop copy table.

Thanks for great software !! Keep up the good works !

I just want to suggest 2 things that can be killer features.

1. Create table from CVS. Not just import to already created table. Some time we have to create table with a lot of field. This can save a lot of time !

2. Another saving time feature... Drag 'n drop copy of tables/views. So you can copy easyly from one DB to other DB.
