Copy Entries in Session Manager

Hi All,

currently (Version 8.0.0.4524) it seems not to be possible to copy an entry in the Session-manager using drag and drop.

I tried to copy some of my entries into a new folder (for test instances of out servers) and wanted to keep the allready existing data, as only the servername has slightly changed. So i tried to drag and drop (STRG (CTRL) + left mouse). A popup appeards telling me that i am going to copy, but unfortunately the entry is moved instead of copied.

Here i would expect that the program behaves as shown in the popup (may gives the possibility to change the connection name if allready exist).

The popup I'm getting, or more exactly, the tooltip, says "Move", not "Copy":


To copy a session, you can right click a session to see the context menu, and click "Save as" or just press F12:

Then you should not press CtrlThis only happens if i press ctrl.

@Gila: Not a bad idea, maybe it helps if I simply remove ctrl from my keyboard ;)

problem solved :D

r4527 always shows the "copy" tooltip.

I just realize there's no possibility to move an item, just "Save as" in the same folder and copy by drag'n drop. Perhaps I should support that Ctrl+drag thing?

Would be nice, or, simply remove the tooltip :)
