Duplicate SP parameters

Hi,

Fairly regularly, I go into my stored procedures and discover that the list of parameter fields have been duplicated both in the parameters tab and in the create code. I remove the duplicates, but they often return. Any ideas as to what's causing this? v9.2 on Win7.
