Hello Ansgar,

I'm a daily user of HeidiSQL. In fact, it's a crucial part of my working environment. I'd barely be able to do my job without it!

However, I do notice there are things which you do not seem to be getting around to fixing, which I expect is simply because there is so much to do.

For example, I notice that searching does not work in your forum. When I search for "bit", "BIT" or "Bit" I get no results, even though if I do it through a ctrl F search in my browser I see various posts which contain "bit" or "BIT" in the title.

I also notice that forum posts seem to "disappear" after a little while, even though the bugs described in them have not been fixed. I don't know if that part is intentional, or if you are missing a "next page" button or something. I noticed particularly because 2 bug reports I have posted in the past have disappeared, and they are very much still present.

So my question is, would you like some help with what you're doing? I could help you fix issues on your site for example.

I could possibly also help with the actual software (I just noticed the source code is available), but I must admit I've not looked into that yet, so I haven't checked what language you use etc.

P.S. I noticed that the older posts are not actually deleted, since if you go to your user profile you can still see all of them. So that at least appears to be an issue of simply not having a "next page" button.

I think fixing the searching-bug will especially help you since it might reduce duplicate bug reports.

P.P.S. Another thing I might help with is moderating your forum, trying to spot and merge duplicate bug reports, and/or possibly prioritizing them according to impact and severity.
