Cannot find a usable library

After the most recent upgrade, whenever I start, and then try to connect to a remote dB I get a window that says the following:

Cannot find a usable libmysql.dll. Please launch heidisql.exe.backup.exe from the directory where you have it installed.

So I go to that directory and do not find a file of that name.

I can download, and reinstall Heidi and it runs, the first time. But once I close it, start up again, I get this same message.

Probably your Antivirus program deletes or moves dlls in the back? Don't know what's going on there. If it runs once, it should also run twice.
