Export SQL FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS

It would be nice to have the option to tick something in the export dialog which would set

SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 0;

and

SET FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS = 1;

Either at the head and tail of the file, or to have it run before moving to another connected database.

That's already in the code, and should be fired, isn't it?

ok, I may be. I actually was going to do a live transfer with a drop, but I suddenly realised that I would need to turn the checks off.

If it does do this, shouldn't it be an option? As some people may not want to invalidate integrity?
