Partitioning / CREATE TABLE Code Display

Hi Angsar !

In the CREATE TABLE Code-Section, PARTITIONING Information is not dispaly (so the CREATE TABLE Statement is incomplete).

Also, it would be nice to have the ability to add/remove/change Partitioning information when editing a table.

One other idea (so I guess not so easy to implement) is to have the possibilty to edit the my.ini configuration file (like in MySQL Workbench).
