Compile HeidiSQL Delphi XE3

I tried to help a bit compiling HeidiSQL with XE3 in order to fix or try to understand some errors but I get too many errors, I solved a few like changing Char() to AnsiChar(), finding XE3 compatible SynEdit but still can't compile final HeidiSQL, do someone already compiled it for XE3 ?
