Is SQL server (2019) supported for schema manipulation ?

Hello

Is SQL server (2019, but I think it is not verison specifc) supported for shema manipulation (adding / renaming / changing tables or collumns) ? I don't seem to be able to do much (Incorrect syntax errors).

If relevant happy to provide more exemples.
