How to Establish SSL Connection?

Hi. I see three certificates on my server: (1) Certificate, (2) RSA Private Key, and (3) Intermediate Certificate. Am presuming (under Heidi's SSL Tab) they respectively correspond to (1) SSL Certificate, (2) SSL Private Key, and (3) SSL CA Certificate, and have them stored on my PC w extensions: .crt, .key and .crt. Is this correct? (I've select libmysql.dll ) What belongs in the "SSL Cipher" field? Thank you.
