HeidiSQL Wine package - MacOS Catalina

Dear Forum,

Does any of you have a HeidiSQL packaged with Wine (with Wine included in the package), that I could run independently on my MacOS Catalina? I have used Wine in the past and would like to exclude the application from my system, since I would just use it for one HeidiSQL instance.
