libpq for all posgres versions

I notice that libpq12 is missing in the latest release of HeidiSQL (v12).

Could you please add libpq11,12,13,14,15?

If libpq12 is missing then you must be using the 32 bit version of HeidiSQL. The 64 bit version has it. Up from libpq v11 there is no 32 bit support. See the supported Windows platforms here: https://www.postgresql.org/download/windows/

Apart from that: is there a reason why you ask for the other versions? Is there some functionality missing?

exactly I'm using 32bits version. How about to add the 32bits version of libpq12 from postgrespro.com[slash]windows

I prefer the libraries from their official page.

What about installing the 64bit version? The days of 32bit support are counted anyway.
