SSH Tunnel to online server

hey, I have a Server setup on ploi.io. Now i want to connect to my database via ssh but soehow it alwas throws me errors. It tells me that my access is denied. Sometimes i have to put in my passphrase but after that evertime i cant connect.

If anybody has some suggestions why its not working i would be grateful!

This one can be closed. It still throws an error message that my passphrase is wrong but now i an login the manual from ploi was kinda bad so i just had to add the actual server ip to the host which was obvious somehow.
