SQL Error 1064 after update to 12.1.

Hi I get an error while importing CSV to my database after updating to 12.1. - it always worked well before.

Please post a screenshot of the import dialog, with the settings you used. And probably a line from your csv file (but be sure to remove sensitive information!)
