table tree missing

My HeidiSQL for Windows is suddenly giving problems with showing the table tree on a database. only in very few cases a tree is shown and the tables are viewable and selectable.

I updated to the latest version already 12.1.0.6575 on windows 11.

Without this tree on the left it is extemely hard to work

Now I feel really stupid.

Never knew there was a "favorite" button for the left menu... I must have clicked that by accident.

It's not a bug , it's a feature
