connection failed

Hello. I'm having some trouble connecting HeidiSql on Windows. when i try to connect mysql server ,I get the following error:

I suppose you are connecting to an older MySQL version? In that case you need to update to a newer version.

You can also try the other libraries in the session (libmariadb, libmysql,...)
