Error occurs when trying to access the User Manager tool in the Tools bar with Microsoft SQL Server

Not on MS SQL. The user manager is only working in MySQL/MariaDB mode.

Wouldn't it be a better idea to display a message stating it's not supported for MS SQL? Just a thought. Thanks for the quick response!
