Touch support

I recently bought M$'s touch mouse and I must say that I got in love with it.

It supports a feature that you can pan/scroll both on vertical and horizontal scrollbars using its touch single finger capabilities .
Heidi is responding to this function only on the vertical scrollbar.
It would be nice to be able to use it on the horizontal as well :)
