Erro Unknow serve host ( 11001)

I'm having a small problem connecting using heidi to my database on one of my computers, however, on others, I can access the data normally

Can anyone help me?

I guess this is a typo or something in the host name. Or you need to use the IP address of the host instead of the hostname.

I'm already trying to connect via IP address, however, it shows this error.

I can even ping the IP

Then it's probably the wrong port. Default port for MySQL is 3306, but it may be configured differently on your server.

Or the MySQL server service/daemon is not running.

Or... your (Windows) firewall is blocking. But that's unlikely. I guess in that case you don't get a "unknown server host" error but something different.
