Update to new version: application error every start

Hello everyone,

I just (a few minutes ago) got my new version installed ... and I have earned now the first buggy update routine since using HSQL. :D

Update looked as usual, but HSQL came up with its' error window - and this window now shows its' ugly face at every (!) start.

Replacing the executable with r4489 works fine. Seems the failure appears only in r4490.
