need portable for latest Revision

i am using MS-SQL 2014, i need portable version of the app of latest revision(9.3.0.5075). My OS is windows 10 and it not allowing to run installer (see attached image).I can only run portable, which not available for latest revision.

Well you can click on "More info" and then allow the program to run.

But I wonder why Win10 still displays that screen, although I recently signed all executables with a certificate.

You will also need the other files from the portable zip package. So, unpack the portable zip, and then overwrite the heidisql.exe with the latest build.
