Multi column filter

Hello, I looked around for information on how to set up a multi column filter but didn't see anything. Can someone tell me how to go about this? The filters would be from different columns in the same table. Thanks.

Hi ansgar, yes that's what I'm referring to, but I don't really understand what to do with that field.
