Can't close query tab when query is running (or not)

Hi, I'm often coming across a failed query, which I can't close because Heidi says it's running. Is there a way you can get Heidi to phsyically check there is a running query before making this, or just provide an override (closing this tab will cancel running query) kinda thing?
