when i open an sql file from exporer, heidisql always starts an new process and asks me, to connect to an server.

is there an possibility to tell heidisql in the sql-file to which server to connect?

No, an .sql file does not contain connection credentials, just SQL commands.

is there a possibility, that heidi resues an existing session/window when double clicking sql-files?

Yes, you can restart each of your previous connections when HeidiSQL starts:

i only want to restart the previous connections when i open heidi with an sql-file and not from start-menu

Yes, that should work as well. I didn't say you have to use the start-menu.
