Problem open Heidisql

When i try to open HeidiSQL using Laragon, this appears (first image) then, when i creating a new session, this (second image) In the second image, the message is "El proceso no tiene acceso al archivo porque está siendo utilizado por otro proceso

cambiando el metodo de solo lectura. Los ajustes no se guardarán. Use el parametro --psettings de la linea de comandos para usar una ruta de archivo personalizada".

The process does not have access to the file because it is in use by another process

changing the read solo method. The settings will not be saved. Use the --psettings command line parameter to use a custom file path.

Please install HeidiSQL with the official installer instead, from the download page. You seem not to have write privileges to the folder with the portable version.
