A dynamic index (an index created with a function) lacks a description

I recently created a dynamic index using a function, and while it does show up in the index overview and appears to be functioning properly, there is no accompanying description or identifying information to explain what the index is or what it does. This makes it difficult to understand its purpose or functionality at a glance, especially in the future or for others who may be working with it. Is there any way to add or modify a description or some form of metadata so that it’s more easily recognizable and informative?
