I little I've always wanted to ask but never dared to :)
It's about the ubiquitous Windows colour picker you find everywhere (e.g., in HeidiSQL). This widget has a panel where you can store colours for later reuse, and this panel is completely useless because its contents are always lost when you close the host application (if not earlier). If you think about it, it's weird that Microsoft has put effort in creating a custom colours panel that cannot remember its values. Is it possible that the widget is designed in such a way that it's the host application the one that's in charge of storing and retrieving these colours?
If that was the case, I could use a little improvement in the "Select session background colour". Since I'm basically using the same colours again and again it'd be cool that they could show up there, either by adding them myself or having HeidiSQL populate the empty slots for me (from the currently defined session colours).

I've issued a feature request so you don't have to consider it right now.
Hmmm... It seems that bug tracker shortcuts no longer work - http://bugs.heidisql.com/2704 redirects to http://www.heidisql.com/2704 which triggers 404 Not Found.
